Technology:
The unit was one of the first plants to install an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure the safety of environment. In view of increasing capacity they have now installed the largest biological ETP in Bangladesh, supplied by Simem, Italy. They use AZO free dyes and chemicals. Other facilities include: Monforts E-Control Dyeing, Kusters Pad Steam Dyeing, Rotary Screen Printing, Ink Jet Engraver, Textile Graphic Design, Data Color Spectrophotometer, Macbeth Color assessment cabinet, rubbing fastness tester, and rota wash. All facilities are built with Electrical Bus Bar Trunking and all safety measures are incorporated with a well-equipped firefighting systems with hydrants and sufficient escape routes.
